Its goal is to attract foreign and domestic investments, promoting the competitive advantages of the state and its regions, providing information about investment opportunities, facilitating the process of establishing companies and offering support to investors throughout the investment cycle.

SCPAR’s functions as an investment attraction and promotion agency include:

Marketing and promotion: Developing marketing campaigns to promote investment opportunities in the State, highlighting competitive benefits, infrastructure, skilled labor, tax incentives, among others.

Assistance and consultancy to investors: Providing detailed information about the local business environment, regulations, licensing procedures, access to financing, and other relevant aspects for interested investors.

Business facilitation: Assisting investors throughout the process of establishing companies, including company registration, obtaining licenses and permits, locating facilities, recruiting personnel information, and other related services.

Stakeholder relations: Establishing and maintaining relationships with investors, local companies, chambers of commerce, business associations, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and identify business opportunities.

Policy and strategy development: Collaborating with the government and other institutions to develop policies and strategies that encourage investment and promote sustainable economic development in the region.
